Week 11

We are in the middle of week 11 already! I can't believe that this little baby will be here in 6 months! It's teeny tiny finger nails are being formed this week...how cute is that?!?! It is so neat how God chooses to form the baby in my womb, the process is so meticulous and has perfect order. I love knowing that The Lord knows exactly what is going on inside of me and inside of our little one. He knows whether it's a boy or girl, He knows what color eyes/hair our precious baby will have, and best of all He knows our baby by name!! Even we don't know the name yet!! I love that God has more control than we do, it's such a comfort:)
On Friday, at our Dr appt, Austin and I heard the heartbeat of our child for the first time! What a beautiful sound of God's goodness:) It's heart was beating so fast(I think it was excited for us to hear it!!) We were so excited and left the appt so proud to "really" be parents;) We are praying that the precious heart of our child would always be protected. And that his heart would be filled with a love for Jesus. We pray that we, as parents, would be the best example to our child that we can be. May our love for The Lord be something that our child never misses!!!
I am starting the countdown to when we find out the sex of our baby...only about 6ish more weeks!!! Yaaaaay!
